> This stretch of the red zone (approximately behind 44 Rocking Horse Road) has had loose shingle dumped on it. I have now had to help two people back to their feet after slipping in it, and help a school child who bikes that way to school with a badly grazed knee and leg after falling off her bike trying to ride through it. It is dangerous and needs to be either removed or compacted down before some one gets hurt there again please.
