> I have seen these forms of vandalism around the wider Fendalton & Ilam area on footpaths. They are at this mapped location, the other end of Otara Reserve and at multiple locations on the footpath outside New World Fendalton. I sure hope this is graffiti and not CCC getting involved in lobbying.
