> I don’t want to appear negative but I can’t believe that money is being wasted on painting this fence down St Andrews Hill when the footpath and road need to be fixed. While you might think it will look nice when that area of the intersection was done the council should of continued the wire fencing all the way up to the corner of Te Awakura Tce. Not only for the look but for the safety of people walking up and down the footpath.
