> Hi I would like to report a failing structure in the coastal environment. It appears to have been subjected to coastal erosion. One of the tires has been washed south and submerged on the beach approximately 500m south. I would appreciate knowing how Environment Canterbury will respond to this matter. Thank you, Alisa
