> Water leak either in Hilltop Lane or under road outside 297 Cannon Hill Crest. Has been leaking for a long time and seeps through the bank even in very dry weather. Has been suggested this is under runners but definitely not. Water is now running over the new asphalt and down into 299 drive. Thank you.
