> The Kaianga Ora units which address 556 Main North Rd, Belfast, Christchurch, 8051 are placing their bins outside my house 7 Halligan place preventing me from parking outside there they are meant to be on main north road not in our culd de sac I would appreciate this being sorted and the rubbish truck or council writing to them letting them know the rules and that rubbish won't be emptied of left on Halligan Place.
