> Here is the rest of the bins and numbers in photos The Kaianga Ora units which address 556 Main North Rd, Belfast, Christchurch, 8051 are placing their bins outside my house 7 Halligan place preventing me from parking outside there they are meant to be on main north road not in our culd de sac I would appreciate this being sorted and the rubbish truck or council writing to them letting them know the rules and that rubbish won't be emptied of left on Halligan Place.
