> Hello, on the corner of Cracroft Terrace and Dyers Pass Road is a sump which has a bolted steel lid which is part of a private access bridge crossing. This sump crosses the road to a steel lid in the path opposite. Then from there it crosses Dyers Pass Road. The bolted lid has been blocked for years and I think no ever unbolted it. When it rains hard, water streams across the whole intersection and Dyers Pass Road. Could this whole system be opened up and sucked out please? Nick
