> There is a lot of foliage encroaching on the footpath. Many people walk up and down Mulgans track and along this footpath to the ‘safe’ traffic island recently installed further towards Shag rock. The footpath is vertically non existent. So people risk life and limb by walking on the road to get around the trees. Please remove and cut back and make it possible to push a pram safely on the footpath please.
