> Horse needs a welfare check. Doesn’t look well, miserable, hasn’t moved for the past 40 mins (I’m currently driving my daughter to sleep and haven driven past 3 times in that period). Head bowed down, no jacket on, cold and wet. Shoved on small bit of land between a motorway and a road. Literally has not moved positions in 40 minutes, not even to lift its head. Owners need to be contacted to care for their horse. Not sure of exact address but pinned location should be accurate.
