> Every week I see multiple bins on their sides after they have been emptied and last week I saw a truck driver just dump a bin down roughly, which missed the grass and fell into the street. The driver just carried on even though he knew what he had done. I've also noticed many bin lids hanging off as I drive around. I counted 22 bins on their side from Elmslie to Collier drive today. My parents live at 3a Elmslie Grove and are 92 and 87 they aren't able to pick up the bins.
