> Damaged car, corner Penruddock Rise and Cashmere Road. Parked, facing the oncoming traffic. since last weekend when it was involved in an accident. Number plates have stolen, car slowly being vandalised. It is a safety hazard and needs to be removed before someone hits it, or it gets set on fire. Thank you.
