> There has been some vandalism to a council shared fence which is a hazard for pedestrians walking past. The fence is falling over and needs replacing. If fences are body of water so is critical for child safety. My tenants advised that the police arrested someone hiding behind this fence and when the suspect was pulled out over the fence, if fell down. The other side of the concrete wall (bridge) is also un fenced and exposes an open waterway.
