> This box needs a light on it or a reflective strip, even painted a light colour. It is almost impossible to see at night and I have perfect vision! I have snapped this in the past, with the response that it is not a council owned box.. Howe on a council footpath you need to fix the visibility for your ratepayers. It isn't an expensive fix! But walking into it is!!
