> Hi, The neighbouring development recently reinstated footpath on completion of construction works. Unfortunately the have asphalted over the yellow lines which used to be there in addition to creating a hump which stops stormwater draining into the network. My neighbours have now started parking where the yellow lines used to be, causing a very severe safety issue in terms of sight lines. I rang last week to report this. It’s starting to become a serious issue as I am unable to see traffic, particularly cyclists.
