> Another food delivery truck unloading at 6:54am outside residential property in residential area to service cafe. This happens 2-3 times a day before 7am in a residential zoned area. I believe CCC has a self set obligation to “protect sleep” and frankly I’m likely to be woken 2-3 times between 3am and 7am. I will continue to submit daily.
