> Prior footpath repair has collapsed to create fairly large hole, ~45cm wide by 20cm deep, in middle of footpath. Trip & sprain hazard, esp as it's in a location where pedestrians will have to be looking both ways for turning traffic and may not be looking at footpath, esp at night?
