> My green bin was damaged during collection on 4 July. I have logged with CCC tickets H04536024 & H04380186. It has been 5wks. I have sent countless emails & told to leave curb side for repair, which I do and it’s never repaired. told it would be repaired by the 23rd July then changed to 31st and now no response to any of my emails. This is an issue as I’m unable to dispose green waste for 5 weeks and now having to pay- unacceptable as I’m paying rate. Can you help resolve this matter. J Pipe
