> Rubbish dumped outside bin at Jellypark, noticed there was rubbish here also on Friday, going to presume that this is the same stuff, not sure why it is being left and why if someone from the council can’t do it, staff aren’t putting on gloves and bagging it. I have so far taken several parts of the rubbish inside the building and put in the bins in there. Littering around the grounds is a big problem here and detracts from the place, it’s frustrating there’s so little upkeep and deterrence.
