> 6:57am HV delivery to UTRV, once again I understand CCC intend to do nothing and hold the belief that 6am is the acceptable cutoff in a living zone under the CP. I simply disagree and believe protections are in place for operating a business or works within a living zone. Simply disappointing given the proscribed reasoning for these protections and the selective enforcement. I have what I believe to be a reasonable sample of 7 days and doesn’t include van delivery.
