> Sorry had to add this as an additional. 3:40am rubbish bins being emptied for UTRV after CCC had given assurance it wouldn’t happen at that hour again (have voice message) from just 6 days ago. It’s looking serious like CCC is struggling with telling the truth, don’t know the laws that provide them their powers so simply make them up (have text messages)…..it’s past disappointing it’s wrongdoing. I could be wrong but that’s how it’s looking at this point.
