> The gutters in this end of hilldale place are constantly wet, even when other end of street and surrounding streets are dry. Looks like we need another drain or the gutters need retroprofiled to drain properly. This has been going on for several years and no updates. The gutters are full of algae, moss and stagnant water which is unsightly and can be dangerous. Please respond with the plan to fix. Thanks.
