> Stormwater sump is leaking. At the moment the new water main connection is running down the kerb and channel into the sump on the uphill side of the corner of Teviotdale way and richmond hill road. Although the water connection can be fixed this proves this sump is the problem. The sump must be leaking as the concrete junctions in the sump have not be sealed to hold water. This can be epoxied up to try and fix the problem. At the moment the water leaks out of the sump and comes down out of the road and out of the ccc road bearm as shown in photos. Come on CCC fix this sump. I have been trying to get this fixed for over a year.
