> Water pipe installed so that water run off goes directly onto council footpath/public walkway. The water would also run directly onto neighbours driveway with the potential to cause damage. Should this pipe be connected into something to prevent damage from escaping water? Sprinkler hose is also on in warmer months for long periods at a time, preventing the use of the pathway, water runs down neighbours driveway and down the road potentially causing erosion of the surface. Very inconsiderate
