> Re Temporary Traffic Management Cycle lane westbound on Fendalton Road has been coned off around a scaffolding truck, forcing cyclists into 2 lanes of general traffic with no advance warning or signage of any type. Given signal phasing at Harper Ave lights and cycle path through Hagley Park, cyclists will mostly be forced out of cycle lane with two full lanes of vehicles next to them. Company is SecureScaffold (definitely not “securing your safety” if a cyclist!)
