> Flooding when raining. As previously reported. We live down a private lane. I believe that drains are CCC responsibility. Could this please be looked at? We live in a poor area and none of the neighbours have $ to be spending on drain-layers. Our lane is also at horrendous state. It needs to be resealed all the way through. It’s health and safety hazard. There are potholes all the way through, they’re getting worse and worse. All of us are paying rates for our properties. Please help us CCC.
