> The stormwater from 9a and 9b Sullivan Ave goes through 2 properties and discharges adjacent to 26 Mackenzie Ave's driveway. The bubble up sump has completely blocked on several occasions with grass roots. This cause flooding on my property at 28 Mackenzie Ave from a manhole in 9a Sullivan. I have clean out the sump in Mackenzie ave when bad flood across my front lawn happened. I have attach a photo of what I cleaned out. The CCC needs to clean ALL these sumps regularly.
