> This drain has been blocked for 4 effing years!! I've made several complaints to OCHT and the CCC but nothing's been done... This is 2 days after rain. When it's a heavy rain it floods the entire street. It's unhealthy and a safety risk. There are several elderly people living here who can't leave the street when it floods. Can it PLEASE be fixed this year?? Thank you
