> Water is coming out of both the yellow FH fire hydrant box in the footpath and also appears to be coming out from under the bushes on the right front corner of the section too. Constant slow flow into the gutter for some time now. There is a virtually bedridden elderly man (Ron) who lives in the house so he might not respond to contact at the door on-site. You'd probably need to contact his carers if you needed to communicate with him.
