> Noticed on Wed 21 Aug our water meter box cover had been lifted and not replaced at 27 Bofors Close. I refitted it. On a walk around neighbourhood today I noticed almost all water meter box covers have been disturbed. It appears someone has recently read the meters and not bothered to correctly replace each lid. Looks like lazy and disrespectful behaviour of a Council contractor or employee. Maybe I am wrong, as there may be another explanation. If I am correct, maybe someone needs a stir-up?
