> Hi there, have couple of trees on berms which don't do a lot, one is pretty much dead. It gets pretty water logged in our subdivision and wonder if beyond repair? Have fertilized etc but hasn't improved. Wonder if option to have new trees planted? We in West park subdivision. Thanks for consideration.
