We live at 58 Bishop St. The photo the vacant land of 60 Bishop St. The land has been filled with water as per photo for the previous 2-3 weeks. Nothing has appeared to be done to rectify the land. I am worried it will become a health hazard as a breeding ground for mosquitoes.
