> A layer of shingle has been put on this walking/biking path but has not been spread properly leaving very deep pockets of shingle that are dangerous to bikers, especially children. It has left the path barely usable for walkers also as is hard to walk on due to no compacting and poor spreading. Walkers are now walking to the side of the path on the grass. It needs to be raked smooth and compacted to be a usable path. Parents with strollers have to walk to the side also.
