> I have contacted council about this issue several times before but the problem still remains. The refuse vehicles turning from Lancewood Drive into Shanaway Close continue to drive over the berm and destroy the grass verge. Landscapers have been out on 2 occasions already and repaired the damage but it doesn't take long for the trucks to ruin it again. I have spoken to your contractor directly about it but it continues. My rates increase every year but the service declines......
