> This metal cover is a bit broken and doesn’t sit flat. It falls in and recently it fell in while I was mowing and broke my blade, then I head a dog step on it and it collapsed. So I thought maybe the council could replace it? As it’s on the grass curb it is a bit of a safety issue for dogs and young children who might step on it.
