> Graffiti along highway sound fence lowers the standard of our city. The fence looks like an ultra cheap solution to block road noises for the retirement village. The whole fence looked terrible and now it’s got graffiti it just looks worse. Tourists see this, potential graffiti vandals see this. Plant trees and stubs along the entire fence line. Do it once, do it right.
