> The street gutter sweeper machine is making shared cycleways worse not better. The gutter sweeper leaves a trail of debris in the cycleway directly in the path of cyclists. This includes chunks of glass and other bits which can cause punctures. While the gutter is cleaner (or clean ish), the cyclelane itself is significantly worse.
