> The residents of Pethig Place, Halswell, are having problems with a resident at the start of the street parking cars on both sides of road very close to the intersection with Balcairn street. Usually a vehicle parks on the left hiding any traffic coming out causing drivers to veer further out sometimes meeting cars coming the other way. As we have to take the corner slowly and swing out into Pethig Place, sometimes following traffic don't expect this action & nearly hit us. Yellow lines please.
