> It appears someone has hooked into the water meter box to create a tap on the property. Looking at this it is unauthorised as it is poor quality work and has created a hazard on the footpath. Quite honestly, it is unbelievable someone would do this! BTW, there was a leak as well. Photo was taken on Friday evening.
