> The reseal work has left a big mess on our street, mud, dust and debris on the road and driveways of the residential properties. The road surface is worse than it was prior to the work, and is already subsiding, bumpy, and water is ponding. The chip seal is already gone in many places. I sent 2 messages about this to CCC already and no response. There is no subgrade under the asphalt as evidenced by the mud and silt uncovered. Potholing ahead of the works would have found this...
