> We had a water leak in our home and couldn’t turn the stopcock/toby off without tools and assistance. The plastic top/tap just turned and didn’t work, even with a spanner/crescent it was really difficult to turn off. Instead of a 2 minute turn off it took 15/20 minutes. Even when we managed to turn it, it didn’t fully turn off and had to turn on an outside tap to stop the water getting to the house. Please can CCC replace or fix to make this easier to turn off.
