> As per previous snaps, contractors are failing to mow Balmoral Reserve. There is no system of maintenance and the park is constantly overgrown. When asked, they say they are supposed to mow weekly but we are lucky of they come every 2 -3 months. The park needs a maintenance system that is adhered to.
