> So further to my previous snap about the pavement flooding, I noticed yesterday the asphalt is already deteriorating, and a seeliing is growing in it. Seems maybe this wasn't completed to a good standard??? Regarding the previous flooding snap, please be aware this effect also continues along the pavement towards ferry Rd. It's all too low compared to the grass.
