> Maugers contracting has had a site on Wigram Road since July. It was just a bumch of stolen cones haphazardly places on the berm. They have now placed fences on the road. There is no advanced warning and by the looks of it no TMP in place. This is a poorly lit area and is hazard to motorists. Is Phil Mauger exempt from following CCC rules?
