> Building site - began pouring concrete at approx 5:45am Our bedroom is at back of our property and therefore approx 10metres at most from a truck pouring concrete at dawn Have video which therefore details some audio of how loud it is Has woken whole house - including my oldest son who is 13, struggles to sleep, and 4 days away from sitting his first NCEA derives grade exam We understand there will be noise but this amount at this hour is unacceptable I am tired and so angry!
