> The footpath outside 247 grahams rd has limited access for wheels and mobility scooters due to a large depression in the pavement causing issues with wheels rolling over it and the width being too narrow. A gentleman in a wheelchair this afternoon become stuck and couldn’t free his front wheel of the chair, the grass was far to wet for him to go around which caused him to crash into the fence line.
