> “Smart Bin” rubbish bin in Ernle Clark Reserve is full with red indicator light flashing red. The smart bin has had the “bin full” red indicator light flashing for a few days. The last time this happened the bin overflowed and people dropped rubbish on the ground around the bin. It is my understanding that the maintenance contractor should be getting daily “bin full” data so this can be emptied promptly. Please could you follow up reason the “bin full” message is not getting through thank you.
