> For the past month I have run past this car almost everyday & noticed not only the registration is well & truly out of date, but the rubbish within the passenger seat & full to the brim in the whole back seat & boot of the car. It wouldn’t surprise me if there were rats & mice living in there. It’s a health hazard. There car does not seem to move either. It’s disgusting!
