> I wanted to make a complaint. I was leaving the west end carpark yesterday, exiting to turn right onto Hereford street and there was traffic management set up where there was a cone with a metal sign that made it impossible to get a car around. I tried to swing wide to get out and the metal sign scraped down the side of my car. I now have to take it to a panel beater and have incurred this cost. As you can imagine this is incredibly frustrating and causes stress in this financial climate
