> This house is s tip. Occupied by hoarders. It is a risk to first responders who have to deal with unwell, overweight patients where access is negligible and fraught with risk to responders and patients alike. Some one will be permanently injured in future evacuation plans. Given the clutter and rubbish, conventional evacuation techniques are not available. Evacuation in case of fire would be problematical and fighting. Fire with be a risk to firefighters both outside and inside the house.
